Injustice 2

Overview/Plot:

Injustice 2 is one of the most popular fighting games. Injustice 2 is based off of the Injustice Comics made by DC Comics. Injustice is an alternate dimension from the original storyline and in this world when the Joker kill Lois Lane and Superman’s unborn child, Superman looses his cool and kills the Joker which causes Batman and Superman to fight over how they shouldn’t be tyrants. Superman built his Regime taking over most over the world and killing any criminal or capturing them but brainwash them to be his slave/soldier. In Injustice 2 Superman and Batman form a temporary alliance to take down a upcoming foe, Brainiac.

Gameplay:

Injustice 2 has many characters to select from. Starting with Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Aquaman, Atrocitus, Gorilla Grodd, Deadshot, Harley Quinn, The Flash, Blue Beetle, Bane, Poison Ivy, Brainiac, Robin, Black Cannary, Swamp Thing, Catwoman, Cheetah, Cyborg, Doctor Fate, Green Lantern, Firestorm, Green Arrow, Black Adam, Captain Cold, Scarecrow, Darkseid, Joker, Red Hood, Star Fire, Sub Zero, Black Manta, Raiden, The Atom, Hellboy, Enchantress, and finally Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Each character can be personally customized, the gear can be swapped, the color of the suits can be swapped, and you can level up characters. The game starts with you having a full bar of health. Once you get rid of your opponents 1st health bar the next health bar is their last aka they are defeated. Each character has a custom ultimate ability once you reach 5 power bars. You can also use these power bars to enhance your basic attacks or combos.

Review:

The game takes time to understand but once you finally get the controls down its very fun to play with friends. My overall review is 4.5 out of 5.
